UPDATED: 5 AUGUST 2020
The Metropolitan Melbourne area of Victoria has been placed into a six week Stage 4 Lockdown. In order to control workplace related outbreaks, manufacturing industries have been significantly restricted for activity. My access to supply partners has been further impacted, making production during the next six weeks very difficult.
New online orders for made to order items in sterling silver may take up to ten weeks to be fulfilled. Due to market volatility, I am currently unable to take online orders for items in gold.
I am still taking extremely limited bookings for custom and bespoke works, including in gold. Lead times of up to ten weeks are preferred.
As always, no matter what the query - please reach out and I will do my best to accomodate your request.

Made to order items are currently taking on average, two-three weeks to manufacture. If your order is time sensitive, I recommend choosing a piece from the curated Ready to Ship collection or a Gift Voucher.
Some items that require specialist materials or gemstones may take longer to craft.
Australia Post are experiencing ongoing, significant delays with international delivery. Orders shipped with Standard Delivery may spend up to and including 2 months in transit.
I have cautiously added Standard Delivery back to several zones where Australia Post is currently still servicing (except the USA due to complications with processing at LAX) – however please note that I cannot take any responsibility for the parcel once it is lodged for shipment.
Choosing Standard Delivery is at your own risk.
If your country does not have Standard Delivery as an option it is because Australia Post is not currently able to service your location.
UPDATED: 7 JULY 2020
Today the Victorian Government announced that the Metropolitan Melbourne area will return to Stage 3 Lockdown Restrictions for the next six weeks in response to the radically climbing COVID-19 case numbers.
Due to ongoing delays with Australia Post International Services, I will no longer be offering Standard Delivery options to international destinations for the time being. All international orders will ship via DHL, UPS or other international courier service to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
At this time I hope that my supply chain will be only minimally disrupted during this the next six weeks, but I will continue to update this page as my manufacturing partners announce their responses to the new laws.
UPDATED: 16 APRIL 2020
As circumstances begin to stabilise across the jewellery industry in Melbourne, some of my manufacturing partners have cautiously returned to operations (albeit in diminished capacities).
This news has allowed me to resume accepting online orders for made-to-order items (with the exception of a few products due to supply chain disruptions).
Please note that manufacturing times for made-to-order items will increase up to six weeks in some cases. Shipping times will also be heavily impacted by COVID-19 related delays.
Finally, due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding USPS operations in the United States, I will only be shipping orders to the United States via UPS.
UPDATED: 2 APRIL 2020
A small selection of items are now available to purchase and are ready to ship.
In order to continue practicing responsible social distancing measures, please allow a few extra days for your order to be shipped.
Gift Certificates are also now available to purchase which can be used for any in-stock item or can be redeemed once manufacturing can resume on made-to-order items. Gift Certificates are delivered digitally.
ORIGINAL NOTICE: 23 MARCH 2020
On 22 March 2020, The Australian Federal Government announced new lock-down protocols for the country, which may last as long as six months or more.
The Federal Government has not been particularly clear about which businesses fall into essential or non-essential categories. Some of my major manufacturing partners and suppliers have already closed their doors in anticipation of forced closure; others are still operational but in extremely diminished capacities.
The new protocols have severely affected my ability to continue manufacturing pieces under my current made-to-order business model. I am currently assessing and considering changes to my operations - but am temporarily suspending all new online orders.
This situation is unprecedented.
The consequences will be great, and many.
It’s natural to feel anxious or fearful; so we must practice generosity and empathy.
We must protect our communities, share as much as we can with those who have less, stay connected with those who are struggling with isolation,
but above all; we must stay home.
If you have an outstanding order please know that I am doing everything I can to fulfil your order.
