COVID-19 NOTICE

UPDATED: 28 MARCH 2020

I am currently working on crafting a small selection of pieces that will be in-stock shortly and ready to ship (provided I still have access to postal services).

Gift Certificates are also now available to purchase which can be used for any in-stock item or can be redeemed once manufacturing can resume on made-to-order items.

ORIGINAL NOTICE: 23 MARCH 2020

The COVID-19 pandemic and its far-reaching implications continue to unfold globally and in our communities.

On 22 March 2020, The Australian Federal Government announced new lock-down protocols for the country, which may last as long as six months or more.

The Federal Government has not been particularly clear about which businesses fall into essential or non-essential categories. Some of my major manufacturing partners and suppliers have already closed their doors in anticipation of forced closure; others are still operational but with the expectation that they’ll be forced to close any day.

The new protocols have severely affected my ability to continue manufacturing pieces under my current made-to-order business model. I am currently assessing and considering changes to my operations - but am temporarily suspending all new online orders.

This situation is unprecedented.
The consequences will be great, and many.
It’s natural to feel anxious or fearful; so we must practice generosity and empathy.

We must protect our communities, share as much as we can with those who have less, stay connected with those who are struggling with isolation,
but above all; we must stay home.

If you have an outstanding order please know that I am doing everything I can to fulfil your order.

For any inquiries, do not hesitate to email me via the contact form on this website.

I am here.
I am with you, in solidarity for remaining solitary.

With love,
Alicia Hannah Naomi.
