Which countries do you ship to?
Alicia Hannah Naomi ships worldwide.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.
International clients may choose between Australia Post or DHL Express at checkout— with the exception of orders to the USA, which are shipped via DHL Express only due to new tariff regulations in effect from August 2025.
Does the shipment have tracking?
Yes. All shipments, both Standard and Express, have tracking that will be provided via email once your order has been lodged with the carrier.
Does the shipping price include parcel insurance?
By default, no.
You can opt in and add parcel protection to your order in the shopping cart. It is priced as a percentage of your order value.
Adding parcel protection is optional—but without it, your order won’t be covered if something goes wrong in transit.
For high-value orders, parcel protection cannot be added automatically at checkout. If your order exceeds the protection threshold, the cart will prompt you to contact the studio before completing your purchase.
Are customs and duties included in the prices?
No. All recipients outside of Australia are responsible for custom taxes and duties on delivery.

Can you mark the value of my order lower to avoid customs and duties charges?
No. It is illegal to falsify customs declarations.
RETURNS
All Alicia Hannah Naomi jewellery is hand-crafted to order based on your specifications. Returns are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
